In these general terms and conditions: - Service Provider: Administratiekantoor Zandwijken, located in Aalsmeer. - Client: the natural or legal person who has given an assignment to the Service Provider.
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, activities, assignments and agreements between Administratiekantoor Zandwijken and the client.
Administratiekantoor Zandwijken will execute the agreement to the best of its insight and ability and will observe the care that can be expected from an accounting firm.
The client ensures that all data, which Administratiekantoor Zandwijken indicates as necessary, are provided in a timely manner.
Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information that they have obtained from each other or from another source in the context of their agreement. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the other party or if this follows from the nature of the information.
All rates are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
Where possible, we work with fixed monthly prices, so you know in advance what to expect.
Administratiekantoor Zandwijken is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or conscious recklessness. Liability is limited to the amount paid out under the professional liability insurance in the case in question.
Complaints about the work performed must be reported in writing by the client within 14 days of discovery to Administratiekantoor Zandwijken via info@zandwijken.nl.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of North Holland.
