The SLIM scheme provides subsidies for training and developing your employees. A smart investment in your business.
What is the SLIM subsidy?
The SLIM scheme stimulates SMEs to invest in learning and development of employees. It reimburses costs for external business diagnosis, training plans and educational activities. Applications in March and September.
Who is SLIM for?
- SMEs (up to 250 employees)
- SME collaborations
- Large companies in agriculture, hospitality
- Companies investing in sustainable employability
Conditions
- Maximum 250 employees
- Apply during open period (March or September)
- Activities must contribute to learning
- External advisor for business diagnosis
- Company contribution required
How much SLIM subsidy?
- Individual SME: max €25,000 per application
- Collaborations: max €500,000
- 60-80% of eligible costs reimbursed
- Includes: external advisor, training, guidance
- Two application periods per year

After approval, execute activities. We handle reporting.
