SVOH: Subsidy for rental home sustainability

The SVOH offers landlords up to €15,000 subsidy per property for insulation, ventilation, maintenance and heat pumps.

What is the SVOH?

The SVOH is designed for landlords who want to make their rental properties more sustainable. It covers insulation, ventilation, maintenance and heat pump costs. Open from April 1, 2022 to December 31, 2029 via Mijn RVO. The owner must own the property for at least 1 day before applying.

Who is the SVOH for?

  • Landlords of rental properties (private and commercial)
  • Housing corporations
  • Owners of regulated rental properties
  • Social housing property owners

  • Measures must contribute to sustainability

  • Open until December 31, 2029
  • Maximum €15,000 per property
